"Drag and Drop" method
If you are experiencing issues with transferring your emails between accounts, you can additionally try dragging and dropping your emails between your accounts using the Outlook client.
note: transferring more than 100 emails at a time is not yet thoroughly tested and can result in unpredictable behavior
Download the Outlook Client: In order to drag between emails between your accounts, you will need to have Outlook downloaded on your machine.
Windows Users
With Outlook opened on your Windows computer, Make sure that both accounts are added to the client. You can add accounts by clicking the profile icon in the top right next to the notification bell and selecting Add an account. From here, provide your second email and its password when prompted to add the second account.
Select and drag the top of the Outlook window to the leftmost of your computer screen. This will automatically snap your Outlook client to fill the left half of your screen.
Select the > icon above the Inbox button on the left and right-click on your second account and select Open in New Window
Select and drag the top of the new Outlook window to the rightmost of your computer screen. You should now have two windows of Outlook open: your original account on the left side and your second account on the right. If they are the same, you can change one of them by selecting the > icon and the email of your choice.
Select the emails you would like to transfer from one side and drag it into the inbox of the second. If you would like to select multiple of your emails at once, you can hold Ctrl while selecting emails or press Ctrl + a to highlight all of them for transfer. Optionally, you can create a folder within the receiving inbox to send your emails to by right-clicking the inbox and selecting New Folder. If you are still having trouble dragging between inboxes, you can also right-click on selected emails and select Move to transfer them to the selected destination.
Mac Users
With Outlook opened on your Mac computer
Make sure that you have both accounts added to the client. You can add accounts by selecting Outlook from the Menu Bar, then Preferences, and Accounts. You can then click the + button in the bottom left to add a new account. Follow the prompts and provide the necessary login information when asked.
In the left sidebar, click on the email account you want to transfer from.
Select the emails you wish to transfer and drag and drop them into the desired inbox below. If you wish to select multiple emails at once, you can hold the Command ⌘ key when selecting emails. To select all emails, press Command ⌘ + a
